Breakout Player of the Year 2015-2016?

Because I like stats, I intended to write a lengthy blog post (or two) to do my own analysis of who was truly a breakout player this past year using stats (basic stats, not the advanced stats so prevalent these days). I did not get around to finishing, but I thought it would still be fun to share my stats work with the board to help us better quantify our appreciation for two breakout players who will be asked to lead this team next year (of course I mean Sterling Brown and Ben Moore). I had a really tough time choosing who was more of a breakout player between these two guys. So I want to see who the PF board thinks should win this hypothetical individual award...
