Re: Lanier names two to staffCondon was hired by Lanier three years ago at GSU. At that time, he said, "“Kyle has worked with me for the last four years at Tennessee and knows exactly how I want to run our program. He understands what it takes to be successful and will do great things as our new Director of Operations."
Coach Lanier on Chris Kreider: "Quite simply, he is one of the best in the business. I’ve been around for a little while so I’ve been fortunate enough to work with some very good coaches. Chris is right up there. He checks every box. He’s one of the very best recruiters in the country yet he is every bit as good on the floor, scouting and in his commitment to young people day to day. He is a true professional and deserves to be a head coach someday." He coached at Rice for two years prior to GSU and apparently helped Rice land the fourth and third best classes in C-USA in 2018 and 2019, respectively. Rice's records were awful those two years and his wife's from Atlanta so he made a wise jump to GSU three years ago.
Re: Lanier names two to staffHope the billing of Kreider as an ace recruiter proves true
Re: Lanier names two to staffGSU hired Jonas Hayes from Xavier as its HC.
