Here's where I saw the $2 million figure but don't know the details. I had read earlier that former Tulsa/Memphis guard Haggerty's agent was asking $4 million for his services but did not see any report on what NCSU might be paying him. Haggerty was the highest rated scoring guard in the portal and Fland was the 2nd highest rated
