But it's not free if you bought season basketball tickets.........

PonySnob: I'm sure you attend SMU football games, too. (cough, cough) So give your ticket stub from the football game to a neighbor, friend, relative, co-worker, etc. and get them into Moody Coliseum on Saturday night. It'll be FREE for them and you won't look like such a snob. And you can still use your season basketball tickets. Sounds like a win-win situation.

I have six season football tickets and four basketball season tickets. It doesn't bother me at all. I would love to see Moody full for all games!

What an awesome idea!! If everybody does that we'll have a reported attendance at the basketball game of 1,236.

C'mon, jt. Do you really believe SMU will only have 618 people in attendance at the SMU v Tulsa football game?

It may be difficult, but I would like to see Coach at the football game making the same annoucement again in person...No one can hear the jumbotron much less actually know when to watch it...
I think if he shows up for 2 minutes and make people listen, you will have a better crowd...
Just my two cents...

Unfortunately, the only people who would be able to hear him will be on the west side of the stadium.

After sitting on the east side of the stadium, especially up high, you can't hear anything during the game because your ear drums have been blasted from their roots. Those speakers are turned up just a little too much.
