Memphis and the NCAA are investigating whether or not one of their players last year was receiving payments...

Gee, that would be stunning. Wasn't there a rule or 156 broken when Calipari was coaching at UMass, too?

The NCAA will just put SMU on probation as a result of Memphis failures to follow the rules!

the News Report I saw suggests this is a sports agent situation not a "representative" of the university-so probably they face forfeiture of money and wins not probation
