Normally, I'd rather have root canal than watch high school sports, but I saw this note in the paper: at the Texas State HS girls basketball tournament:

4A State Tournament MVP: FW Dunbar's LaShundria Hill
5A State Tournament MVP: Rockwall's Hayley Day

Each player led her team to a state championship, and each will be playing for SMU next year!
