Isn't this the first year of the new 3-point line being moved back to like 20'6'' or something like that? Maybe they wanted to lay the floor and then get paint the arc.

I'm intersted to know how they would put the three point line down? Any ideas? I don't think tape makes sense? If they use paint, does it come off without sanding the floor?
