SOU

Doh talked about SOU (Sense of Urgency) in his blog and that will be a key ingredient for a win tonight. I have watched almost 40 years
worth of games when SMU has played its first game after coming off a layoff for finals, and 95% of those games have been complete disasters for us because we lacked SOU. Remember the terrible effort against
UTA ending at somewhere around 30-28 (don't remember exact score from about 25 years ago.

All the ingredients will be there -
* few fans
* few students
* possibly small or no band (hope the alumni band shows up)
* opponent with bad record
* our team thinking we have been playing good before the break and
just need to show jup tonight and we will win.

My point is that we will need SOU as Doh pointed out in his latest blog.
