Juco power forward getting high major interest...

Former East Tennessee State big man, 6-foot-8 Petras Balocka has been drawing some high majors to Pensacola CC...

One of the top available big men in the Florida juco ranks, 6-foot-8 Petras Balocks from Pensacola CC is starting to draw some major interest. He's havindg an excellent year after transferring from East Tennessee State.

The multi-skilled big man is a physical rebounder who can score with either hand on blocks who can pop out and knock down 15-17 footer on the elbow. He currently is averaging 13.9 points and 11.2 rebounds an outing for Pensacola this season.

He recently has received serious interest from Rutgers and Iowa, and could see other high majors heading to Pensacola to see him play. He's had interest from Hawaii, SMU, James Madison, Idaho, and Arkansas Little Rock to date
