arguable theory in basketball. In football I don't believe there has ever been a strong Texas Football program that ever had less than 80% of its players from Texas. (UTEP because of its unique geographical position might be an exception-but other than 1-2 years they really haven't been a strong program either)

With Rose leaving Memphis today signed Tyreke Evans who is probably the best guard in the country.
