They are Thugs and your team is 2nd tier...now lets go get some BBQ.
LMFAO...yes, all those 2nd tier Final Fours and Elite Eights...hope you enjoyed your double-digit loss. stay classy SMU...6-14
and you have fun in memphis, where you live (that sucks). i never understood why basketball insisted on counting 2nd place finishes. You are counting 4-8th place finishes. But Whatever. 1st tier teams have won a ship. Makes sense to me.

How did nobody official notice that when Memphis had 15 and made a basket, all 3 refs signalled it was a 2 pointer but they put 3 on the scoreboard. It never came back off. Not that it mattered in the long run, but can we get someone with a clue to run the board?

Turnovers, turnovers, turnovers. So bad. Take care of the damn ball.
Memphis does a great job with passing in the paint. Exceptional and quick.
Dia just pisses me off. Fade aways all the time with his size and strenght. SO WEAK.

And while I'm on the subject of hiring people with a clue, I'd like to thank the athletic department for killing our momentum when we tied it at 41 and everyone was making noise by playing the kiss cam during the time out. Way to shut everyone up. After that Memphis immediately pulled away for good.

It was Shawn Taggart's mugshot. I looked for 3 hours for all of the Memphis guys and could only find his picture.

The usual demons got us last night. Poor defensive rebounding and turnovers. The Tigers got a ton of points off turnovers and second chance baskets. I thought our team played disciplined for the most part. Memphis clearly was better. McCoy is a keeper. One question, why isn't Kwiatkowzki playing? Is he that much worse than Bamba Fall and Papa Dia? Fall doesn't seem to bother blocking anyone out (perhaps he can't), and Dia goes MIA, Thomaz should get a look unless someone is trying to preserve a red-shirt or something. I did count 10 players in last night's game, so conditioning should not have been an issue. If it is, then Doherty should be in the face of his strength and conditioning coach.

Maybe his book report on "Toughness" wasn't very good.
