SMU will be in the postseason regardless

Just posting this so everybody is clear:

Per the rules of postseason play, if SMU doesn't win the CUSA tournament or get an at-large bid, we would then be guaranteed a slot in the WNIT. Not as fancy, I'll grant you, but it still is postseason, which is something we don't see around here lately.

So at least we will see our Mustangs play beyond this weekend.

And we DESERVE to play beyond this weekend - it's been a great season so far. Here's hoping we get hot in New Orleans!
