Marcus Jordan in Moody 1/27/10

Postby smupony » Wed Oct 21, 2009 5:11 pm

Just realized we will be watching Marcus Jordan (Michael Jordan's son) play at Moody on 1/27/10.

Here is a related article about his choice of footwear:

Must be a stressful time in the Jordan household.

Given that Doh and Michael are UNC buds, MJ might show up. I saw something on TV about UCF being an Addidas School, and of course Marcus' dad gets huge $$$$$ from Nike.
UNC better keep that Ram away from Peruna

From all the reports I've heard, MJ is not the nicest guy, so a lot of kids would be heart broken not get his autograph.

Here's the article from espn.com regarding the Adidas/Nike dilemma

How ridiculous..........Here's a suggestion. The coach of UCF should tell the kid he has a choice. Wear the Adidas shoes and play or quit the team...........By the way, you will knock me over with a feather if that bloated ego sets foot in Moody to watch his kid. Do you really think he will come to watch his kid and "support" his old team mate? Jordan has demonstrated countless times he cares for no one but himself.................

If further proof of that is needed, then check out the story on his hall of fame speech. Real class gentleman there.

Was he not aware of this situation when he went to UCF? I am sure UCF will find away to get around this and satisfy Jr. Jordan. In doing so, maybe daddy Jordan will donate to school.
GO MUSTANGS!
