Let me reiterate what I have posted for the last three years about Dement:

1.Great improvement since he took over the program and he works like a dog.

2.Little or no improvement in the last 4 years

3.Fundamentals are poor, continually

4.Does not inspire players

5.No player developement through the years (see B-Hop for latest edition)

6.Players get torched on continual grumpy attitude and tune it out after a while

7.Mediocrity at best.

8.We have one of the best career assistant coaches in the country, but unfortunatley, he is our head coach.

As to personal references to Mrs. D and Michael Jr. let it rest. If you think Mrs D is portly, consider what types of eating and personality disorders you would have if you had to live with Mike Sr.
