Let's flood Orsini's inbox...

Postby ponyinNC » Fri Mar 12, 2010 10:33 am

I am as mad at the SMU athletic dept. as I have ever been, and cannot for the life of me undertsand this "progress" BSthat Orsini and Doh are spouting. Any one of us would have been fired from our jobs by now with these results. But Doh outsmarts Orsini and SMU by getting these BS extensions, and we have to live with it? no way.

I'm firing as many emails as I can to: [email protected]

Grassroots baby. Maybe we need a community organizer here to get rid of Doh.

Doh's slogan can be a "Dope We Can Believe In"

The responses (to the failure of this program) coming out of that department are disappointing and disheartening.

don't jump to the conclusion that the blame is on SO - there is another answer and if you think about it, it is obvious

move on, he's staying. The guy hasn't even seen his first real senior class graduate. We won 5 more games this year then last. We're improving dramatically in conference. I'm not saying the progress is quick, in fact it's too slow, but some progress can be reported. Also, much of that was done w/o the services of our first team preseason all conference guard, McCoy. The season ended poorly and started poorly, but we played well in the middle. Everyone take a deep breath

just sick of the apathy surrounding the program and thought this might wake some people in the administration up...that's all. I mean, what is there to be excited about next year? Honestly, tell me...please.

If the students won't show up for basketball games, at least bring in a decent act for a halftime performance. UCF had the Blue Man Group perform at halftime at one of their basketball games this year...the students filled the student section and the entire arena sold out. SMU's halftime entertainment is the "Power of Dance" 4 year old dance team and/or the Coppell Youth Basketball Association's Under-3 team.

the admin knows what's up, you don't need to wake them. This is a complicated issue that goes beyond just pulling a trigger on way or another. This board would be better suited trying to put on a happy face, if only so we get the PG we need. Nothing gets done for any coach w/o the roster.

I wonder if the 6 emails that are going to flood Orsini's inbox will crash the server.
