Walker would seem to be in the mix somewhere there too.

and looks like Dia will play about 38 minutes a game, assuming it takes the full 2 minutes for Luttman to use his 5 fouls

we're actually have a bunch more depth up front to insulate dia. Vilde can swing to the 5, no problem. Smith can easily play some 4, and Otis is good to break anyones arm

Could also call him PonyTail, depending on if he's having a bad hair day.

Both Ponytail & 'Staff's Mistake' are too literal. I think Pigtails is a nice mix of the two

I'm sure Jeremiah can already "feel the love" of SMU hoops fans. Let's just hope he adds to the rotation at PG because it should be quite an adventure at times in 2010-2011. I do expect Walker to see more minutes next year

Between JS, Clink, Pats, Walker & Barbre, it we have quite a few kids that can handle a little bit. JS is the only true PG, but we have kids who can help shoulder the load. That's 5 kids that can shoot a little as well.

G - Walker, Clink
G - Pats, JSam
F - Haynes, Smith
F - Nayakundi, Vilde
C - Dia, Luttman

I think we will see Clink as the 1st Guard off the bench. Vilde will play some Center when Dia sits down, or Forward in a bigger lineup. I am thinking Smith might be the 1st Forward off the bench.

I sorta like this line-up. We really need Haynes to find his range & trigger. Also, if he has legit handle, time to showcase it. Get to the rack, draw fouls, slash. Keep rebounding and D. The line up you picked gives us size at every position.

Pats has the high basketball IQ required to play the position. Collin County had several PG's on their roster, so sliding him to SG to team up with Lamb Autry gave them a powerful 1,2 punch in the backcourt. You are exactly right about JH. He's got to become O minded. He is a solid defender but in order for this team to be successful next season, JH needs to click around 10-12 pts per game. One of the really big keys to the team next season IMO.

Shooting over a 6'4 Pats & a 6'6 JH on the matchup could cause some problems also.

Interesting Fran Fraschilla tweet - possible commitment

Saw this last night. Still not exactly sure what he means. Did Doh get a commitment??

Saw good JUCO Tourney in Dallas. Tons of assistants and some head coaches like @MattDohertySMU. He has committed excellent PG from Belarus
