Ben Braun and Rice

just landed a kid that had offers from several Big East schools, Georgetown among them.

Our recruiting class this year simply isn't head and shoulders above our competition, and thus it shouldn't be enough to keep Doh around.

Our class will end up 3rd-5th best in conference, I'd think, depending on what we do w/#5. People completely overrate our class b/c it has local flavor. We don't have one kid in the '11 class that dominates from Day 1, probably not even a starter. The '10 class had far more in the way of early impact, so lets keep that in tact.

Now, I've seen Jarelle Reischelle on many occasions and he's a good signing for Braun. That said, he doesn't scare or anything. He was smart to go mid cause he'd get buried at a high major fast.

A recruiting class shouldn't determine if a coach stays, unless it's like Arkansas' class
“When I first committed to SMU, I thought it would take a couple of years of building. But with these players coming in, we should make a run. We have a lot of heavy hitters. It could get real ugly for a lot of teams we play.”- Jalen Jones
