Re: No season tickets for next year in basketballabout 10 to 15 foot stompings ought to do the trick.
Re: No season tickets for next year in basketballIt doesn't mean that I won't support the team and attend most games but to pay regular fee for teams like we have had on our schedule is beyond me!!! I was at the Mississippi game the other nite and enjoyed it. Our attendance will encrease greatly by scheduling a better group of teams. It seems like we play on the level of the team we are playing anyway, so it probably won't make much difference if we schedule better teams anyway except more excitement and better attendance. We really don't know much about this team yet because we haven't really been challenged! Playing poor teams and not winning hurts more anyway. I am for the boys and won't miss games but get tired of learning that some high ranking boosters feel that Matt needs at least two more years is beyond me! Go Mustangs!
Re: No season tickets for next year in basketballQuit whining and support our program...No Kool Aid here...Just fact on the talent coming in...Give me another class that out ranks this one coming since Sasser's class...Maybe Doh's 2007 class, but don't forget: Tomasz Kwiatkowski was a three star...
I like the class and I like what our new assistants are bringing to the table...The proof is in the pudding next year...We could improve or suck... I chose to be opptomistic in life and not dwell on the negative...Life's too short...Call it Kool Aide, but I'm probably much happier than most of you...
Re: No season tickets for next year in basketballMr. postiive's avatar is a casket. that is full of irony.

I think his avatar is symbolic of the BB program. Just send 'da money.
Re: No season tickets for next year in basketballHow about being a mustang supporter to the day I die?
Re: No season tickets for next year in basketballAfter 20+ years of season tickets, I did not renew this year. Looked at the out of conference schedule and just felt the athletic department was out to gouge. Planning on going to several conference games, but I have got to see some commitment, beyond recruiting reports, that SMU is going to put real effort into basketball.
Re: No season tickets for next year in basketballI bought the tickets, but I have only been to two games. And it wasn't because I was protesting. I knew if I went to the OOC games I'd be burnt out for the regular season, needed to save my strength and pain endurance for when it mattered..........
Re: No season tickets for next year in basketballWhen do we play again and who do we play?

October 15th, 2011 “When I first committed to SMU, I thought it would take a couple of years of building. But with these players coming in, we should make a run. We have a lot of heavy hitters. It could get real ugly for a lot of teams we play.â€- Jalen Jones
