You must not live in a neighborhood. My driveway as well as all surrounding streets are covered in a quarter inch of ice that is not going anywhere for awhile.

Nope in a townhouse near uptown. Roads are pretty clear now.

I assume the game is still on? Is SMU open? Let's hope we don't get a rolling blackout :)

They should not mess with north Texas

If students don't turn out in large numbers, I'm going to melt this board down

Doh is pushing for students. This is the e-mail he just sent out.

Subject: ECU game tonight in Moody

To all the students,

With classes being canceled today, I feel it is great opportunity to come together as one and let loose in Moody Coliseum tonight as your men's basketball team fights East Carolina. Both teams are tied in CUSA play, one game out of first place. This game is huge!

Come on out tonight. Get relief from cabin fever and have some fun as you can help us beat ECU and stay in the hunt for first place.

Sincerely,
Coach Doh

Matt Doherty

Can't fault him for trying to get student attendance up.

Snow days make the best games at real schools. Don't make me hate on you [deleted], popped polo, frat monkeys, any more than I already do.

AT some point tomorrow, SMU should announce to the student body that everyone gets in free and can sit anywhere they damn well please. Give out free pizzas or something, and pack the place w/drunk, stir-crazy kids.

I saw Maryland vs Wake Forest in 05 in like 6 ft of snow. It was only students, and it couldn't have been worse for Wake Forest. No fat cats sitting on their hands, just loaded students surrounding the court. Same thing happened to Maryland a few back at Va Tech. Huge advantage for the home team

You should show a little respect for "the older guys." Many of them are long-time supporters who have supported the Ponies through thick and thin. There have been MANY games in which they were the only people there.
