Krebs was a great of his era, Dia is a great of his. Anyone arguing between the two needs help. Please stop w/the if he had proper nutrition and training crap. That garbage gets you kicked off bad sports talk radio.

training is another way of saying growing up with the current style of play. you are getting pretty funny though. So Krebs could compete with Wilt, but not Papa? you are losing it dude.

LOL, I'm merely saying this is a dumb call on sports radio, when the 25 y/o says Kevin Durant lights up Bird, and then the old guy calls in to defend Larry Legend. It can't be proven one way or another. You can't say 'if he had proper nutrition & training', that's like saying if Lebron was only 6-4 220 in 1957. Sorry, not getting sucked into an inane argument. Both Krebs and Dia were great players for SMU.

to completely derail, I wish the tourney had an expanded field, when Lefty Driesell's Terp teams were excluded for being 2nd in ACC behind NCSU, and maybe 2nd nationally.

I wish the WAC 16 stuck together, and flourished too, cause it was really really fun in basketball. Some really fun gyms & environments. Conference tourney in Las Vegas. Maybe it's b/c I was living in Las Vegas at the time, but I loved that league.
