TCU is hanging tough with #2 Kansas on the road. I know that it's the first half, but still, this isn't good for us.

Realistically, I'd say TCU wins by at least 10pts.
This team has not shown me anything yet to think they have the fire to win big games like Purdue last year. The experienced guys need to play with more intensity if SMU even has a chance. (Hop, Castro, Simpson).

Looks like we're gonna get smoked...
TCU kinda looks like a top 25 team to me.

after watching that game the last night, another humiliating defeat at the hands of the purple menace appears likely. Hope our guys surprise us, but surely even the most optimistic fan cannot expect much on Sunday.

TCU Lost to Kansas 93 - 74.
However, Kansas is ranked at this point as #3 by Saragin.
TCU is ranked # 19 (Top 25 as posted by SMULLET).
SMU is ranked #77 by Saragin ( there are still 255 teams ranked below us at this time).
Do the math. We will need a miracle...but then stranger things have been known to happen.
GO MUSTANGS!!!

MIRACLE Wow!!!!!!! SMU beat TCU just last year, and we return almost the entire team. This may be a rhetorical question, but what's the difference? Whatever it is, I bought four tickets to go and see for myself. Hope to see ALL of the faithful in Cowtown! Go Ponies!

Have you seen them play this year? We may have the same personnel as last year but their play is a shell of what they were doing at this time last year when they beat T.Tech and Purdue, and chased Wake Forest to the buzzer. The T. Tech game this year was the worst SMU basketball game I can remember.

Miracle may have been a little strong, but SMU is going to have to bring their "A" game. This will be in TCU's house which is an advantage for them. Also, if I remember correctly, last year they were playing under a new coach...this year we are.

SMU and TCU didnt play last year, the game you're talking about was the season opener in 2002. SMU still has 3 players that started that game, and TCU has 2, but thats not particularly relevant. There are alot more important factors, such as our lack of depth and this game is in Fort Worth instead of Moody. One of TCU's best players blew out his knee in the Kansas game. I've heared he may be out for the year.
Try not to choke on the Kool-Aid.

Alex, with all due respect, if you have seen some of the games this year you know what the difference is. So far it is huge.
