w/the small exception that what you say isn't necessarily true. He can play himself on or off the hot seat. Also, name me 5 guys that we can get, even w/1 mill plus & the Big East at our back. K thx.

As far as the assistants, this may be common, I do not really know, but at a time out late in the UALR game, Doh and Mangino huddled away from the kids. Not unusual. However Mangino was obviously stating his thoughts and Doh came down on him pretty hard. Mangino countered and then Doh sparred right back pretty forcefully. Mangino got a very disgusted look on his face and turned away and Doh went to the huddle with the players.

Nothing unusual about the discussion but the manner in which it took place I thought was a little harsh.

Again, I normally am not in a position to see this type of exchange so it may be the norm but it did seem a little controversial.

Hey I like that he challenged Doh as that's a healthy situation when you don't necessarily have all' yes' men on the staff. I'm sure Doh smoothed it over after the game. Reminds me of great quote:
"When two men in business always agree, one of them is unnecessary."-William Wrigley Jr. (1861 - 1932)
I don't think this is do or die season, unless the team tanks and I don't see that happening. I like the comment that Doh made after the last game where he mentioned he only called three set plays and just let the kids figure out how to run the free flow offense. They will get better as the season progresses as they figure out each others game day offensive and defensive tendencies.
