No they did not. They felt they stood up for themselves. I have never seen so many punches landed at a basketball brawl. It was a pretty poor performance on both sides.

Still doesn't beat the punch Kermit Washington connected on Rudy Tomjanovich's face. That punch almost killed Rudy, which is why I remember it 30+ years later.
