Shut down Moody. Start the renovation immediately. Play the remainder of our "home" games for 2011-2012 season at Ellis Davis Fieldhouse (more than enough room for an SMU "crowd") - already got the sticker on the floor. New coliseum will be ready for the 2012-2013 season and the new basketball coach.

I agree, we could play at any HS around and it would be fine too, Richland College, etc.

Ellis is a nice facility. How about Fball games too?

Kincade Stadium is next door to Ellis Davis. Shockingly, DISD built two nice sports facilities. I think Kincade seats around 15,000, which would be the right size against Rice and UCF. Longview seems to love Kincade. They play most of their HS playoff games there.
