Because the CBI and CIT are still not entirely out of the question, and because our RPI is much better than it was a few years ago. And because it's great to see where we fit in with the rest of the country (context).

But hey, if you don't want to discuss it, don't click on the thread.

Our RPIs at the end of the last few seasons:

2011: 207
2010: 208
2009: 267
2008: 265
2007: 207
2006: 268
2005: 169
2004: 169

Moving from 215 to 214 is definitely a nice step in the right direction though. Go Ponies!

I'm thinking the OT period in El Paso helped bump it up 1 spot.

The BE has got to have a pulse on this and at this point is offering "kind" suggestions to Orsini, right?

What type of suggestions? Hey, come play in our league and your RPI will skyrocket just w/conference games? Not like we have to do to much to get a bump in the BE, just show up

Something like, we don't need another Providence, SMU...step it up!

So what we get a RPI bump automatically? We are struggling against sh*tty teams in a fairly sh*tty league. I've got to think the BE wants more middle-to-top teams than bottom-barrel teams in its conference.
