Pom pom has gotten better but our cheerleaders have to get a total overhaul. It's not good.

Agreed. How many times do the camaras show the female cheerleaders during sporting events? It is all part of the marketing of the school. SMU it seems has always struggled with this aspect.

our cheerleaders are actually very good in competition...we just need to have a knee-brace crew and a show-off crew, who don't do jumps or flips, just stand smile and waive at the camera.

Agreed, we need a show-off dance crew. The cheerleaders can still do all the gymnastic things but we need a dance crew that is there just for eye candy.
