Talk to the old guys, Cheney, Thompson, Knight, Coach K, Boeheim, Hudgins and see who they suggest. Then see whose name is common on their lists. Talk to the AAU coaches in Dallas, Houston, Chicago, DC, and NYC and see what names they pick. At the end of the day, you'll have a pretty decent idea of who can be approached. And who are the gems and who are the bums.
