That's really what means is that the new guy has to be a very good communicator with all walks of life and all demographics so he can get his message across. Blend that with the X's and O's.

A challenge for this position but it's fun to watch this process unfold.

I'm sensing some new energy and excitement about where this could go.

Well, I have to give ESPN analyst Adrian Branch credit for the line (if Snoop Dog said it first, whatever) but it does make sense.
