And what I am saying is just because some people expected more or hoped for more doesn't mean they should have. This team has .500 talent, it just does. That is not an insult to anyone individually because several guys could serve as key pieces on a good TEAM. But look at our squad collectively. We don't shoot well as a group and we dont have any natural rebounders other than maybe Pearson and no tenacious defenders, none. We've got guys that do some things well, but as a team the pieces are just not there to beat many above average teams. Experience only counts for so much.

Ya know I would understand the argument better if it wasn't so easy to look at this team and identify the problems. And thats ignoring injuries. Next year will take care of itself. I take comfort in my opinion that Tubbs has the best chance to keep players (BHop) and get new players better than anyone else we could have had running the show, whether Dement or the field of candidates to replace him last year.
