can somebody fill me in, what exactly happened to Pearson's shoulder and is he done for the season? It did not look good with him wearing that sling.

According to DMN: you probably saw this. I didn't hear anything from anyone.

Tubbs had problems substituting with starting forward Devon Pearson out for the rest of the regular season because of a right shoulder separation. He injured the shoulder in practice Tuesday and is wearing a sling. He may no longer need the sling Saturday but is questionable for next week's WAC tournament in Reno, Nev.

"He gives us a personality," Tubbs said of Pearson. "We miss his toughness more than his shooting ability."

This is a tough break, it would have been nice having a full injury free squad into the WAC tourney.

This is a BIG blow, especially against Michael Harris on Saturday.

I was actually optimistic about this team's chances in the WAC Tourney because they seemed to be getting better every night out...but Pearson was a big part of that improvement. It's all over now. Oh well, at least we can finish no worse than .500
