SMU Greats at the Tulsa Game

Postby DiamondM75 » Fri Mar 04, 2005 9:40 am

It was good to see Jerry Levias and Ira Terrell at the Tulsa game. I spoke briefly with Levias and his comments were all about getting more involved with SMU. I wish I had a chance to speak with IT. His brother, the late Michael, was in the band with me during the 70's.
Just send 'da money.

FYI, Ira Terrell has been at almost every game this year, maybe every game because I don't remember not seeing him. He usually sits down in the blue seats in the corner across from the SMU bench.

IT is at most, if not all, of the women's games as well.

Ron Thompson, from the late 70s bball era, was also at the Tulsa game. Although he wasn't a 'great', he is still a Mustang and supports the team!
