No. When LB cleaned house, they got to keep their scholarships. They just couldn't be on the team anymore.

The way I understood it is that they kept their scholarships, but were no longer considered basketball scholarships. They became academic/miscelaneous scholarships.

He's one guy I thought LB might keep in his first year, if only for rebounds and 5 hard fouls. Either way, history can't be rewritten, so thanks to Vilde for his time at SMU, and good luck at Houston Baptist!
