Is Nike even paying attention?

Now that Christmas has come early for all SMU fans and our mark on the national basketball recruiting scene has been staked, I have one question. Is Nike paying attention? I know our apparel partner does a lot of incredible things for a handful of universities around the country, but it seems like we have always been relegated to scraps. Now that we are starting to build a little credibility on the basketball scene, will they start to step in and come up with some interesting apparel items for both of our revenue sports? Just curious to get everyone's two cents.

as hard as it is to wait - we gotta see the actual proof before we see Nike and others wake up. We are all falling over ourselves about this because we know what it leads to, but most people dont give two flips about recruiting - they just want to know the score of the game.

It coming - we just need to wait a bit longer.

What would be great is to start educating our students about how to be fans in a big time basketball game - none of us have any experience about that, and we will be expected to ramp us fast. Maybe LB has someone who can come in and run a basketball fan camp.
