Count Mudiay's commitment to SMU as another low spot for Texas

Lost in that story is the fact that SMU did not beat Texas for Mudiay.

SMU didn't even have to deal with Texas.

LOVE IT.

I called my Longhorn brother yesterday to rub in the Mudiay to SMU news. He thinks that Deloss will be gone in a couple years, and he doesn't want to be the one that changes house. He said he thinks Deloss will leave that to the new AD, so that's why Rick still has a job.

Something like, they didn't just beat texas, they didn't even have to contend with texas.
