Russell is the only surprise to me. It'll be interesting to see how LB uses the bench

that would have been my guess, with possible exception of Manual for Russell. I view the two as co-starters, Russell when you think you need outside shooting, and Manual when you need a slasher and more defense. would be nice if Frazier was ready to roll, hopefully he doesnt get discouraged, things have been pretty easy for him on the court for a long time.

my guess is that Shawn starts at the 3 and Jalen is our 6th man coming off the bench to provide an energy spark; sounded (in coach Brown's interview with Ponyfans) like there could be some disagreement among the coaches and they are still negotiating

I agree the substitutions and combinations are going to be interesting as they tinker with this roster getting ready for conference play
