It's all about starting simple and on the same page:

On defense: "Ooooooo"

Timeouts and TV timeouts: standard "SMU" chant

Intro chants require a little creativeness.

Insert a "seven nation army" chant a la Baltimore Ravens would work really well in Moody given how loud it easily gets in there.

Not to toot my own horn...eh [deleted] it i'll toot it. The "seven nation army" chant in Moody is AWESOME. Sounded amazing today.

I know I'm nitpicking, but hate the O-VER-RATED chant. How about celebrating your own team's achievement, instead of saying that the team you beat really isn't very good? And there was way too much time left when it first broke out.

I'm like you - I've never really understood it but I think it's pretty much to a point where it's sort of culturally ingrained in sports fans to chant it whenever your team beats a higher ranked team.

Seven Nation Army chant ROCKED Moody. This needs to return multiple times EVERY game...

Whoever is DJing these games is on the money with helping rev up Moody atmosphere...
