I understand what you're saying man, I really do. I'm just saying that you need the big time talents to win it. FWIW, rarely do anything after #120 ever pan out to be very good players anyways. SMU will shortly only be taking top 100, probably in 2015. It's a null argument, ideally you want a blend of experience but those top 10 players every year really put teams over the top. And they don't always leave. Anyways, this is off-topic from the original argument, I'd rather not see coaches have to choose. Teams that pull a top 5 player typically got top 75 players surrounding him too.

Re: How should the one-and-dones be handled?You need 2 or 3 kids that have NBA careers ahead of them, not necessarily McD AAs out of high school, to make deep runs.
