Very good win for the program.

How many tickets could we sell for SMU v Louisville?

Oh about 10,500 or 11,000

Since the city of Dallas and the city media has embraced SMU it would probably be more that. Especially since we are the hottest ticket in Dallas. We have the t-shirt fans now imo.

I actually believe we will beat Louisville now (and UCF) and close out undefeated at home in 2013-2014. It is in the Cards (pun intended)

Trying to put this victory into perspective among our biggest road wins in the past 30+ years.

Only games that immediately come to mind are the Kentucky & North Carolina wins during the BMoore/Koncack/CWright/LDavis years & the 2 UT victories in Austin during the Pony Express years.

Certain there is more, this one is very special.

I was at the game in UCONN and nothing was better than all of that incredible silence. People around me were so angry. To many dirty looks and nasty comments by UCONN fans next to me and my friend to count (we were not in the SMU section, but downlow in the heart of UCONN ALUMS). I've been to all of our home games and I will never forget CINN, but this one felt almost more special.

Oh so true.

I was in Austin in '82? Walking out of Memorial, hearing UT fans complain about SMU snobbery (a limo full of crazy SMU fans drove by us as we were leaving), it simply doesn't get better than that.

Yes. That one was special as well. Our final game of the season, our 'Bowl' game against a pretty good Arkansas team.

Yes, that one was special. Met the team at Love Field when they got home. Remember a bunch of us running through the terminal to make sure we were not late. John Tower was on the plain as well. If I remember correctly the crowd went out on the tarmac. Obviousely pre-9/11. It was awesome. Great, great memories.
