It's funny, everyone has been talking about us moving up to 2 or 3 seed in Conference tourney, and I have been pointing out that SMU still has a chance at #1.
Well, now we are very close! We need Cincy to lose to Memphis and we win out and #1 is ours.
Beat the hell out of anybody!

Don't understand how Justin Jackson can disappear in such a big game, 0 points, 5 rebounds and three turnovers.

And Cronin was really not too happy with his players for holding him back.

Not sure what you mean by calling him a tool. Cronin is a good coach who gets carried away too much. He has done a good job with this years team considering that they basically have two players. Cinci was worried about this game since they knew that UConn was going after them following the loss last week to SMU.

I think what he meant is that he is a grown man who had to be restrained from approaching the referee.

Yup. Something like that. He could be as good a coach as John Wooden and still be a tool. Admittedly we a very fortunate to have a mature, restrained, classy coach. Class isn't the first word that comes to mind when you think of the profession as a whole.
