Next 2014 Recruits to Sign?

Given that we probably have 2 or 3 spots open for our 2014 Class... Don't we have a number of scholarship offers extended? When can we expect our next 2014 basketball recruits to sign? What is the hold up? I understand that maybe, fingers crossed, Myles Turner could announce at the McDonald's All-American Game, but what about other recruits?
