Larry Brown is turning SMU into a force. Ben Moore, Nic Moore, Keith Fraizer (who the Hogs couldn't land) are all underclassmen... Next season #2 player in the country, 5 star PG Emmanuel Muiday is heading to SMU.

Hogs (for 3 seasons) are in desperate need of a real PG, Larry Brown has gotten 2 five star PG's out of TX in 2 seasons.

Looks like Larry Brown will have the SMU program back to better health and to national relevance sooner than the Hogs. Sad, but true.

Holy crap, this guy can coach.

This team plays great defense, rebounds well, and is very good at half-court offense. They could make noise in March.

SMU is the best team in Texas. Next year it won't be close.

Just got back from the game with my SMU buddy. They are a legit team. Outside of a 2min stretch in the 2nd half, they took Cincinnati to the woodshed. They have a great D.

The crowd was rocking as well...reminded me of coach G's years

SMU is a legit team. They were banged up when they played UL. Might be the best team in the AAC, when all said and done. Once they get Moreira back. They surely have top 25 talent..

They have beaten UConn, Memphis, Cincy by an average of 15 at home. They take care of business at home. Still lack a top 100 road win, but that is fine for a team fighting for a tourney spot.

Pretty amazing to see those quotes. It's nice to finally have a good team. Being born in 1987 I really haven't seen very many good SMU teams. Football and basketball.
