Jordan Tolbert (Texas Tech transfer) visits SMUModerators: PonyPride, SmooPower Re: Jordan Tolbert (Texas Tech transfer) visits SMUWith the ticky tack calls that see see now, if MK played the 3 and had to guard the other teams 3 he would consistently pickup 2 fouls early on trying to guard a quicker player. Plus they would pull him away from the basket and he couldn't go down and bang for defensive rebounds. No thank you
Re: Jordan Tolbert (Texas Tech transfer) visits SMUWho starts next year?
FOR SURE: EM Nic MARKUS After that I think it comes down to who improves and wins those last two spots Sterling proved himself worthy this year and I consider him to be the leader for the three spot at this point. As for the bigs can we all just agree to have two fours instead of a four and a five? Cannen, Ben, Yanick and Tolbert are all viable candidates to start as a second big. If we use LB recent history as a lesson that second big spot will be filled by the best defender/ rebounder of the four above. Just one other wrinkle: Starting seniors. If Ryan and Cannen come back much improved they will have a little bit of an edge in the LB system. Ryan at three and Cannen starting with Marcus up front. It's kinda fun discussing PLEASANT PROBLEMS......no? Party at The Wopper!
