??? How is the logic faulty? I never said people can not upgrade. Lets say someone who already has 4 tickets wants to sit in the section that costs $500 per seat donation and decide to donate $2.5k. Their donation per seat would be $625. (I think this is minimum donation for one of the levels). They would be moved ahead of a person with only 2 tickets unless the person with two tickets donated $2.5k. Since that person can only choose two seats at the time of the re-seat they are paying $1,250 per seat. Only if that person selects to purchase two seats in a different part of the arena after the re-seat will it be closer to the same value. I was just commenting on the fact that there will be people who are just trying to keep their 2 tickets competing with those who have 4 tickets and I don't think many would choose to purchase seats in different locations in Moody, so there is an unconscious bias in favor of those with more tickets and they will most likely be choosing ahead of those with lower ticket numbers. Do I think this makes a massive difference? No, but there will be instances this happens.
They are getting twice the revenue from those buying 4 instead of 2....
Lol......I’m not arguing about how it was set up......My original comment a few pages back was just a comment about how I was curious if the ranking shifted towards people with more tickets. (Since the # of tickets most likely won’t change much since people can only add after the reseat) Didn’t mean to spark another debate on how they did the reseat.

I'm happy. I paid the increased donation required to stay in 204 and I ended up with better seats.

Total donation levels are what counts in picking order (as it should), not donation per seat. The number of seats someone is purchasingis irrelevant to the order of picking as between 2 people giving at the same level except that # of tickets purchasing in prior years makes a difference as to priority points. For example, person A gives $2500, and usually purchases 4 tickets, and person B gives $2500 and usually purchases 2 tickets. Both are in the same group - Horseshoe, and get to go before anyone giving $2000. But as between them, their priority points dictates the order, and if they otherwise have the same history, the person with 4 tickets will go first because that person has more priority points. However, unless person A wants to make an additional donation to get to $4000, person A can only select seats requiring a $500/seat donation, while person B, even though they go later, can select from better seats requiring $1000/seat donation. I know this because I am essentially person A, selected my 4 seats this morning in a different section than the one I have been sitting in for 18 years, while my friend, person B, selected her 2 seats this afternoon in a more premium section.

The reason I dumped this... after giving and working since 1988... I got seats 4 rows from the ceiling... really punitive.
That was my upgrade from end zone... football lingo... according to potwadder. Jerk. This process has been monkeys on a football.
Love me some football but wanted to support bball.
Otp has the deal... stub hub.

Boo my seats have been taken. That is my reward from SMU for attending every b-ball game in new Moody. Looks like stub hub for me and a lot less games. Oh well

I’d be curious to know what donation level is picking seats today. That’s a lot of quality seats still available

I don't understand why so many good seats are available. I was told by the SMU staff there is not a bad seat in Moody?

We will miss you Bus, said no one ever! So sorry Bussy Wussy got his feelings hurt. Why don't you go to a safe space and have a good cry. While you are there, please study grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
