From Orlando Sentinel:

The UCF basketball team beat SMU 70-45 Wednesday night, but the Mustangs made the Knights pay for the blowout win. Three UCF players left the game with minor injuries, with Taylor Young suffering a groin injuries and a few blows to the face. The Mustangs also managed split Kenrick Zondervan's lower lip and clock Tony Davis in the same spot where he he had to get stitches during the Rice game. Officials stopped the game to clean up Davis' blood trail and he had another round of stitches.

Zondervan said Thursday his lip is fine and he didn't mind tasting a little blood as long the Knights keep picking up wins.

Young said he was a little sore but fine as well.

"It was a really physical game," he said. "I think we had two guys who had to get stitches. That's pretty tough, but I think it was good for us to go through that experience."
