UVa lost to UNC, and Duke is on the verge of losing to Notre Dame...not looking good for bubble teams.

4 lock teams does not impact bubble teams. Wyoming winning a bid because they are healthy (like when we played them) effects the bubble.

No it doesn't because the team winning the acc would have already had the at large spot that duke/uva will now use.
