PonyTales, grew up in the LA area. I know all about pepperdine. being in malibu is all the school has going. academically average, no major sporting really either. plays a long second fiddle to ucla and usc. Sometimes even to lmu too.

In high school, it was know as where the lazy and religious went. It had some strict religious codes at the time.

My point was that they do attract attention, just as lmu did at one time too. their gym is no wonder place. that's all i really was thinking about.

You think playing HS was bad.....

Savannah State was 0-28 last season - only the second D1 team in the last 50 years to go winless.

Counting the 4 games they forfeited two years ago, (for an ineligible player), the Tigers had a 65-game losing streak when this season began.

They won this season's opener, but that's been it.
