Lots of bball left, maybe you can recover. At least I don't have anyone out that would have been advancing far.

I am actually in pretty good shape right now, but it is always the 2nd round where mine usually go south. Biggest miss was Syracuse vs. A&M. That one hurt.

I hate the Aggies but they play hard. Too bad McNamara was hurt - his last game, he looked pretty bummed.

The only game I missed thus far was Montana/Nevada. I knew not to bank on that crybaby Fazekas.

My final 4 is Duke, UConn, Memphis, and BC. I have Duke over UConn in the final.
So far I've only missed 3 games, and they were all 12-5 matchups. Stupid Nevada...

My final four are still intact but my round of 8 is shot. I had Marquette, Nevada and Utah State get to the round of 8. Oh well. I forgot what a tool Fazekas was.

Well there went Arkansas as I feared. Now Bucknell must beat Memphis for me to get back in it.

Did anyone have the NW State upset over Iowa?

I am embarassed to say my loan assistant is perfect so far (both days) including NW State over Iowa. Do not know what reasoniong she used but I am thinking of sending her to Vegas.

Well my winner is out so I'm out. In fact 2 of my final four got beaten by the Georges. Despite the blow to my brackets, seeing Gonzaga, George Mason, Bradley, and Wichita State hanging tough and our conference mate Memphis rolling over everyone, the selection committee is looking pretty good right now. Two ACC teams remain, Two MVC teams remain. One CAA, One CUSA, One West Coast, Three Big East, 2 PAC 10. SEC two left. Big X gone. Big XII gone. Perhaps recruits will begin to see that the mid-majors are just as good. Now the other thing this shows is that schools which bring players along who are projects, like Mason, like Georgetown (Thompson called Hibbard one of the least prepared players he's ever seen), can reap requards down the line.

Three of my final four picks are still in it, so technically I have a chance to be right (UConn), but the scoring at our place includes points for any win picked. I lost so many this weekend, I am out of the running at my place.

I caught a lot of grief for chosing NW St. over Iowa. My final 4 picks are Duke, UConn, B.C. and Memphis. I pick Memphis to beat UConn in the finals.
