Looked like someone was changing the channel on a TV. It wasn't basketball but it wasn't the blue screen of death.

When you try and start the Volleyball match that is the other live event, it says it has been cancelled due to technical difficulties, doesn't say that for SMU game though.

USF support staff has already responded to my email, and they are going to refund my payment. If you subscribed, I suggest sending an email requesting a refund.

By the way. I complained over the technical difficulties through their help email. I said I wanted to cancel the subscription and wanted my money back. I got an email within 20 minutes saying sorry and giving me a full refund.
