I have no problem with Orsini's attempt to bring in NAME coaches in both bball and football. In case you haven't noticed, SMU is probably one of the more difficult programs to sell to a kid who has options. Having a respected name recruiting you was/is a sound strategy...but I would bet Doherty and Jones didn't really appreciate how tough these jobs would be and just how difficult it is to sell players on dear ole SMU.
