and that creates opportunity. create your own brand. The same food service company that delivers that hot dogs and tubs of cheese can also deliver bbq, burgers, whatever. The biggest children's museum in the U.S. did this with their food court, running off McDonalds, Pizza Hut, and a bunch of other stuff to create 4 or 5 of their own "brands," keeping all the revenue and leasing the space to themselves.

More concessions = more drinks = more bathrooms, and we can't add to the two that exist on the entire concourse.

Take the two stands and have a contest for a number of games or season where one stand is marketed and run by SMU student BBAs and the other by SMU student MBAs.
Winner based on sales and overall fan experience (determined by a number of inkown alums).

At the current prices, we should be serving a kuby dog, Peggy sue BBQ sandwich, and burger house fries.

I would love a good dog and fresh hot popcorn. How freaking tough is it to have fresh popcorn, a robust hot dog offering, and make some decent nachos? I would also pay $10 on top of my ticket to get an all you can eat and drink experience like the Rough Riders do.

as would most college students. How many more students you think would be in the house if they knew they could have all they could eat? Be done with classes mid afternoon, a few cold ones*, head to the game, about the time the beer munchies roll around...score!

Who can forget the peruna dog? Unique concessions would be great-just what size average crowd does it take to justify a commitment to quality concessions?

I was reading that recent article about the prisioners getting Bubbas chicken for every meal at the University Park jailhouse. SMU prisioners at Moody should be so lucky

The food starts off fresh, but even with our small crowds, the lines snake down the hall.

one of the many problems is the concession stands have no outside venting - so under the health codes they are not allowed to cook
